Terms of Service — QR Code Designer

Last updated June 2026. These are good-faith starter documents tailored to QR Code Designer — have a lawyer review them before relying on them commercially, especially for your jurisdiction’s consumer and data-protection rules.

1. Agreement

QR Code Designer (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) lets you create static and dynamic QR codes, customize them, host landing pages, and view scan analytics. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you’re using it for an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You’re responsible for your login, for activity under your account, and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly at support@qrcodedesigner.com about any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service, or point a code or landing page, to anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful — including malware, phishing, fraud, spam, hate or harassment, sexually exploitative material, or content that violates someone’s rights. You won’t resell, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or try to bypass plan limits, security, or the AI usage caps.

4. Your content & codes

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the destinations your codes point to. You grant us the limited license needed to host, generate, serve and back up that content so the Service can function. You’re solely responsible for your destinations and for having the rights to any logos, text or media you upload.

5. Dynamic codes & availability

Dynamic codes encode a short link on www.qrcodedesigner.com that redirects to your chosen destination, so they keep working only while the Service is reachable and your account/plan remains active. If you cancel, downgrade past your code limit, or delete a code, its dynamic link may stop resolving — printed codes that rely on it can break. We aim for high uptime but provide the Service “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Plans, billing & renewal

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans (and any free trial that converts) renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply at your next renewal. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.

7. AI features

Some optional features use artificial intelligence to draft text, suggest designs, summarize your analytics, or generate images. When you use them, the text or prompt you provide is sent to third-party AI providers (see the Privacy Policy) to produce a result. Don’t submit confidential information or other people’s personal data into AI inputs. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable — review it before you publish or print it. You’re responsible for content you create with AI, and AI usage is subject to the daily allowance on your plan.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, software, and brand. You own your content. Neither party gains rights in the other’s marks except as needed to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from a code, destination, or AI output. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
